Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
We offer shipping to most countries in Europe, USA and Canada.
Any custom duties and taxes cannot be covered by us.

If your order did not arrive although you received the confirmation communications, please contact us through our instagram: @oya_swim within 3 business days. We cannot be fully responsible unless you follow this step.
Returns
Our goal is to have 100% satisfied clients. If your piece is not perfect for you, you are able to return it and we will make sure to take in your feedback to keep improving!
We will accept returns within 7 days for FULL REFUND + SHIPPING. (for Portugal or Spain)
You can also return within 15 days for a FULL REFUND (shipping on you) and within 30 days for STORE CREDIT. (Worlwide)
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
Once received at our facility, returns typically take 8-10 business days to process.

We understand the importance of receiving products in perfect condition, and we strive to meet that expectation. If, for any reason, an item arrives in less than perfect condition, you are eligible for a refund.
Care and Composition
For proper care and maintenance, we recommend referring to the individual care labels attached to each product. As a general guideline, we suggest rinsing the item after each use. For machine washing, we recommend a cold, gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Alternatively, you can hand wash the item with lukewarm water. To preserve the item's quality, please dry it in the shade.
